Our company provides technical management for all types of vessels in the Tanker, LPG Carrier, General Cargo, and Container segments. we cover all aspects of safe and reliable ship operations under today’s standards of efficiency and safety, along with 24/7 monitoring of fleet performance. This includes current maintenance and repairs (including class renewals), crewing (including cadet training), supply of spare parts, consumables, and provisioning, nautical expertise such as regular onboard ship inspections, quality management according to international standards (ISM), class renewal and dry dockings, and construction supervision for new buildings.

As individuals involved in the shipping industry, we understand the critical role of safety in the smooth operation of modern vessels and the significance of ISM/ISPS codes in ensuring this. As ISM/ISPS managers, we have taken on the responsibility of operating our ships, focusing on ensuring safety, preventing human injury or loss of life, and avoiding damage to the marine environment and property. Our ISM/ISPS Department is led by a highly skilled Technical Director/DPA (Designated Person Ashore) and an experienced Deputy DPA - Company Security Officer (CSO) who provides 24-hour monitoring of our ships and their crews.

Commercial management involves the different ways a vessel is employed on behalf of the owner, either on a time charter (bareboat) or voyage charter basis, from spot to period employment.
